Best fish and chips on the Big Island. They buy fresh fish from the local fisherman every morning so you know it will be fresh. They have a variety of fish to choose from including Ono & Mahi Mahi. The fish is cooked with a pressure fryer which allows the breading to cook more than the internal fish which yields a very soft, flaky fish.
