Eat & Drink at Paul Bar/Food, Palm Springs, California
An American bistro style restaurant serving classic bar favorites. Not much to see from the outside (in a strip mall), but once inside you’re transported to a cozy New York bar.
No reservations and it is a local favorite so be prepared. You either go really early, really late, or wait it out (up to an hour wait when busy).
Sign just says “BAR / FOOD” on the outside.
Paul is a hoot and happily serves drinks to your party while waiting.
