Eat & Drink at Pizza Port (Bressi Ranch), Carlsbad, California
Pizza Port’s latest brewpub expansion found itself in the Carlsbad community of Bressi Ranch in 2013. The impressive 37,000-square-foot production brewery, canning facility, commissary, and hub for Pizza Port’s kitchen production is the largest of Pizza Port’s locations to date. The massive brewpub is home to a 20-bar tap on each of two restaurant floors, a seating capacity of more than 250 guests, a new ice cream room, and even a fish tank fashioned from a fermenter.
Overseeing the Bressi Ranch brewery is Sean Farrel from Pizza Port’s Solana Beach location who crafts the same high quality Pizza Port brews that made the pizza pub such a success over the past 26 years. Creations from the location’s canning facility are three of Pizza Port’s popular brews: the mellow ChronicAle amber, sessionable Ponto IPA, and Swamis traditional IPA – all of which are available right at the bar.
Pizza Port in Bressi Ranch is open from Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
