Explore Kāneʻohe Bay Sandbar, Oahu, Hawaii
Pack up the chair, an umbrella and a cooler and spend the day on the Kāneʻohe Sandbar. You can rent a boat or kayak's and take a small ride from Kāneʻohe Bay. The sandbar is located about fifteen minutes from Heeia Boat Harbor if you do the journey in a small sail or motorboat or kayak.
It is about 1 mile (1.6 km) wide and 3 miles (4.8 km) long.
