The Mount terest is a mountain of France located in the Haute-Savoie. Rectangular in shape, it is surrounded to the north-west by the Parmelan from which it is separated by the Pertuis valley and from the Tete Ronde to the south-east from which it is separated by the Ablon gorge.
Its ascent can be done from the south-west from La Blonnière via the Col du Pertuis, from the south-east from La Balme-de-Thuy via the passage de la Bourse, from the north from Parmelan or the Fillière valley going up the Pertuis valley or from the northeast from the Glières plateau going up the Ablon gorge.
