Explore Singita Game Reserve, South Africa
Singita Game Reserve, or Singita Private Game Reserve, is located in the Sabi Sand Private Game Reserve, on the western border of the Kruger National Park. Situated on the Sand River, the private reserve was started by James Fawcett Bailes in 1925, who purchased a large tract of land in the Lowveld for preservation.
The nice thing about the private game reserves around Kruger are there are much less tourist, allowing people on game drives to be much more intimiate with the animals.
The reserve has the following lodges: Ebony Lodge, Boulders Lodge and Castleton Camp.
