Patrick Roger, a chocolate artist is sharing his art with the world. Each piece of chocolate designed by he and his staff and prepared by chocolatiers that have been training for many many years, oftern starting their craft at the age of 15. In the store the employees are handling the chocolates like they are diamonds. Staff on hand can assist you in a box of hand pickded chocolates that are perfectly balanced, sweet but not too sweet, with wonderful flavours and textures.
