Golf Sudurnes Golf Course (Hólmsvöllur), Iceland
Sudurnes Golf Course is one of the links golf courses in Iceland placed by the sea side on the Reykjanes Peninsula less than 10 minutes drive from Keflavik International Airport. The course has a spectacular view to the Capital Reykjavík, the mountains Esja and Akrafjall and the glacier Snæfellsjökull. This golf course is a challenge for all golfers at any level of handicap. The signature par 3 hole “Bergvik” is the most famous golf hole in Iceland whereas the ball has to fly from the back tee nearly 200 yards over the sea to land on the green.
