If you haven't been to Elsie's yet, you have been missing out on the best kept secret of local bars in Santa Barbara. We have been serving beer and making friends since 1993 and under current ownership since 2001. Not your run-of-the-mill dive bar nor a fancy pants State Street bar, Elsie's is her own thing. With 15 beers on tap and over 20 bottled beers as well as a full line of espresso drinks and teas, something for everyone.
