Have Buffalo’s Milk on Catalina Island, California
When at most bars on Catalina Island, you're likely to see Buffalo Milk featured on the menu - The official drink of Catalina Island. Buffalo Milk's origins trace back to the mid-seventies when bartender Michael Hoffler would experiment with new drink creations during the slow off season for servers at the Harbor Reef Restaurant. This drink was a big hit and has been on the menu ever since.
Buffalo Milk Recipe:
Half shot of Creme de Cocoa
Half shote of Kahlua
Half shot of Creme de Banana
One shot of vodka
Half & Half
Blend together with ice and top with whip cream, nutmeg and a slice of banana. Enjoy!
