Drink & Eat at GiGis Restaurant and Bar, Palm Springs, California

GiGi’s Restaurant & Lounge is a desert-inspired, Modern American restaurant, serving creative farm-to-table fare with a commitment to the freshest locally sourced ingredients. The menu includes items such as Tuna Tartare with Watermelon, Pickled Fresno Chili, Heirloom Tomato Gelée, Black Garlic and Sesame Salt as well as Black Truffle Molé Chicken Wings Confited + Fried, with Crispy Meyer Lemon Crumbs. Signature entrees include Seared Scallops with Preserved Meyer Lemon Butter, Saffron, Roasted Cauliflower, Quinoa, Pistachio, and Vanilla, as well as a Za’tar Rotisserie Chicken with Mustard Greens, Cilantro Spaetzle, Calabrian Chili Mushroom Jus, and a Cherry Pepper Slaw. All Day and Brunch offerings range from a Signature American Caviar Omelette with Herb Creme Fraiche and Roasted Oyster Mushrooms, and a French Onion Soup Frittata with Gruyere Fondue and Crispy Shallots, to Pineapple Upside-Down Pancakes, with Cherry Syrup, Vanilla-Grand Marnier Mousse and Candied Almonds. The Indoor and Outdoor Spaces combine flowing dining spaces with a large Indoor/Outdoor Bar, Lounge, and Firepit Cocktail area, serving elevated and reimagined classic cocktails with a worldly flair. Our space is a sophisticated, high energy dining environment, featuring various live music performances, Rotating DJ’s and more, in GiGi’s Poolside Garden at the base of the San Jacinto Mountains. GiGi’s serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7-Days a week, with various live performances, DJ’s and bands throughout peak season on weekend evenings. Programming including Ping Pong Nights, Pool Movie Nights, and other Themed evenings will be programmed throughout. The restaurant and concept is being opened by Chef Greg Grossman, who’s food and beverage development company, Culinaria Group, opened the V Palm Springs other Restaurant, Elixir, in 2016. Grossman is an award-winning Chef and Restauranteur, who’s Mediterranean restaurant, OREYA at the Capri Hotel in Southampton NY, garnered a coveted 3-Star “Excellent” Review in the New York Times, and founded Kettlebell Kitchen, one of the Nations’ largest Healthy Meal Delivery Services. During the festival season, these spaces will be delivering unique programming engagements on property that will deliver seasonal, creative and delicious experiences to the Palm Springs community.
