Nestled in the middle of the vineyards, Tahona Baja features an agave field with the mezcal tasting room perched on a wooden ship. Dining is served alfresco inside the agave arena and under two ancient Oak trees. Our menu features Baja classics like the famed Ensanada fish taco & the Tijuana born Caesar salad as well as an Oaxacan touch with our Mole flight and our four Mole duck tasting plate.Our selection of fresh seafood, gourmet tacos and our other revisited classics will transport you throughout several Mexican regions. It is the perfect complement to our incredible selection of artisanal produced mezcales.
