Swim at Helton Creek Falls, Chattahoochee National Forest, Georgia
Set in Chattahoochee Oconee national forest, near Vogel state park, there are two waterfalls, less than a half mile stroll from a parking area on Hilton Creek Road. A wooden staircase leads to a viewing platform beside the lower falls, which spill into a clear pool, surrounded by mosses and ferns.
