Eat & Drink around Chinatown and Little Italy, Manhattan, NYC

Chinatown and Little Italy are so intertwined that it can be hard to properly define the borders. You can eat dim sum, then walk across the street for a cannoli, or you can get a red bean ice cream and enjoy the annual Feast of San Gennaro. The street grid system virtually disappears here; narrow streets wind and turn. Part of the fun is wandering without a strict agenda, following your nose to a seafood restaurant or pizza place, or shopping from sidewalk vendors. You can buy knock-off designer handbags, watches and shoes--a bargain as along as you know you are buying a fake.
