Hike Golden Wall Trail, Red Canyon, Utah

While hiking the Golden Wall Trail #33095, you can expect to see large ponderosa pines and golden rock walls amid beautiful red rock layers. Large areas of Red Canyon can be seen from special viewpoints along the trail. When this trail is combined with the Buckhorn Trail and the Red Canyon Bicycle Trail, this becomes a spectacular five mile round trip trail. Castle Bridge Trail can also be included to this combination, which adds a scenic side trail with a little more difficulty without adding length. Picnic tables are available at the Red Canyon Visitor Center. The Golden Wall Trail is located in Red Canyon and south of the Red Canyon Visitor Center. Drive east approximately 4 miles from US 89 on SR12. There is a pull off located on the right hand side of the road where parking is available. The trail leads south from the pull off. Parking is also available at the Red Canyon Visitor Center.
