Hike Holeman Slot Canyon, Canyonlands National Park, Utah

Holeman Slot Canyon is one of the few slot canyons in Canyonlands National Park. It's along White Rim Road (permit required) or via Wilhite Trail (5.5 miles). There is a 40 foot dryfall at the end of the narrows prevents walking all the way to the river, but before this are about 600 feet of pretty, light-colored, medium depth passageways to explore, containing just a few minor obstacles. The ravine has a few drops of 2 to 3 feet.
