Mount San Antonio, known as Mt Baldy, at 10,068 ft, is the highest peak in the San Gabriel Mountains, and the highest point in Los Angeles County. 4170 feet of elevation gain. The Trail head is located a few miles from the village of Mount Baldy. Park just off the road at the Manker's Flat Campground. The road is not accessible by vehicle and is a private road, but you are allowed to walk it. An Adventure Pass is required for parking and is available from the Ranger Station at Mount Baldy Village.
