Hike Rufus Cove, Lake Mead, Nevada
You’ve gotta work for this one. A long, strenuous hike that leads through some beautiful geological features, the trail slowly reveals views of Lake Mead on the long journey to Rufus Cove. There are 2,600 feet of elevation gain over the course of the trail.

The trail begins at mile marker 16.5 on Northshore Road in Lake Mead National Recreation Area.
