Hike or Mountain Bike San Dieguito River Trail, San Diego, California
San Dieguito River Trail is a section of the Coast to Crest Trail. The trail starts in Del Mar just west of the Del Mar Race Track at the Jimmy Durente Bridge (or start at Del Mar Beach and hike trail to the Jimmy Durante Bridge). It runs along the new restored San Diegito Lagons to the horse park on El Camino Real (where it stops for now).
It's 2.7 miles one way from Jimmy Durente Bridge (not beach).
Horse have limited access to the trail.
