Hike Starvation Ridge Trail, Starvation Creek State Park, Oregon
This is a difficult and steep trail, climbing more than 3,000 feet in just 4 miles. The trail junctions with Mitchell Point Trail #417, which leads to Warren Lake, a very nice camping spot for those seeking an overnight trip.
The trail takes off from the Starvation Creek State Park trailhead and heads south, up Starvation Ridge. Much of the trail is in Mark O Hatfield Wilderness.
