Hike to Hidden Spring, Mecca Hills, California
Hidden Spring is an oasis in Mecca Hills with three or four palm trees. It's one of two marked trails in Mecca Hills (the other being Painted Canyon). This is a 6 mile roundtrip hike to access Hidden Springs, an oasis of California fan palms that surprises visitors as they come upon it in the stark desert canyon. The earth has many different colors in several areas.
