Hike to Point of the Arches via Shi Shi Beach, Olympic National Park, Washington
Point of Arches is one of the most photographed areas of the Olympic (Northwest) coast. The hike to Point of the Arches is 2.3 miles in length and covers the entirety of Shi Shi Beach.
The point also has some of the best tide-pooling in the area.
Day hikers to Shi Shi Beach will need a Makah Recreation Pass. Overnight users will need both the Makah Pass and a wilderness camping permit which is available at the Wilderness Information Center
