Hike to Torre di Porto Giunco, Villasimius, Sardinia, Italy

Hikes from a cove to a clifftop watchtower built in the 16th century to look out for pirates. It is not possible to enter the tower but the view is spectacle. It's a Aragonese watchtower, with an average size and a height of 10 meters, located on the East side of the Capo Carbonara promontory in Villasimius and it can be reached on foot from the cove of Porto Giunco or by car from Capo Carbonara. It faces the beach of Porto Giunco and from this tower is it possible to see the Tower of Isola dei Cavoli and the Tower of Saint Luigi.
