Kayak, Tube or SUP Barton Creek, Austin, Texas
Barton Creek, on the green belt in Austin, is usually a dry, rocky creek bed (except near Colorado river). Every few years there is enough rain in the area to fill it up long enough for a few runs in the tubes or kayaks. Otherwise just check out the creek near the Colorado river.
