Rental equipment is available virtually everywhere that snorkeling is popular. Once the basics are mastered, beginning snorkelers typically quickly improve their maneuverability, snorkel clearing skills and the ability to dive well below the surface. Snorkel gear is compact, lightweight and relatively inexpensive.
