Dip in Crowley Hot Springs (Wild Willy's), California

Crowley (Wild Willy's) Hot Springs is a heart shaped hot springs in the middle of nowhere in the Long Valley Caldera south of Mammoth Lakes, California. Long Valley is home to one of California’s highest concentrations of geothermal surface water. The water temperature ranges from 95ºF to 105ºF. Take the paved road after the green church off Hwy 395. After the second cattle guard make an immediate right onto the dirt road. Follow it all the way to the parking lot. Can have some rough spots so try to use a higher clearence vehicle with at least all wheel drive. The pools are reached by following the path/boardwalk 200 yards east from the parking lot. This tub is best visited in spring, summer, or fall, as winter snows may make the road impassable
