Relax on Praia Dona Ana Beach, Lagos, Portugal
Praia Dona Ana Beach is one of the most photographed beaches in Lagos due to the picturesque cliffs, beautiful rock formations and orange sand. The cliffs offer shelter from any sea breezes.
The top of the cliff is also a great place to see the sunrise or sunset. Also check out the lighthouse that proudly stands near the Ponte da Piedade road. From the beach, the lighthouse can be reached by foot.
Access to the beach is by way of wooden steps. Dona Ana beach has a cliff side restaurant and there is limited parking in the area. At high tide the beach is split by the geomorphology of the cliffs.
