When forming the concept of Rovino Rotisserie + Wine, one thing was very clear to owners Tom Tarantino, Antonia Buono and Vincent Bruno: To deliver authentic Sicilian and Northern Italian cuisine, based on traditional recipes, served to table. Just like in a rustic Italian village, Rovino will support local growers whenever possible. Wines will represent both Sicilian and Italian regions. All beef will be hormone free, chicken will be free range in addition to being hormone free, and pastas will be homemade daily. This is fresh, authentic cooking found in homes throughout Italy.
