Tours usually launch at Hanalei and end at Polihale (a 16-17 mile adventure). About an hour's paddle from the start you will come upon the famed sea caves of Na Pali, with opportunity to enter them if sea conditions permit. Continue for another 11 miles to a place called Miloli'i. Miloli'i is the site of an ancient Hawaiian fishing community. A lot of the tour stop here for lunch. After lunch paddle 4 final miles, in typically calm waters.
