Barraba is a town in the New England region of northern New South Wales, Australia. The town was the termination point for the Barraba branch railway line until it was closed. The Barraba Silos are privately owned by Simon and Amanda Koopman and are located at the southern entrance to town on Manilla Road. The artist Fintan Magee's mural depicts a local water diviner searching for groundwater, using a y-shaped twig or rod or two L-shaped ones.
