See Château du Taureau, Carantec, France
The Château du Taureau is located in the commune of Plouezoc'h , in the Bay of Morlaix in Finistère. It is a fort built between 1690 and 1745 on a rocky islet in the open sea. Regardless of the tidal coefficient , it is never accessible on foot. It has been open to the public since June 2006 and welcomes more than 20,000 visitors each year. It was classified as a historic monument by decree ofJuly 29, 1914.
