See Dawson Silverwood Statue on McIntosh Lake, Longmont, Colorado
The stainless steel tree Dawson Silverwood Statue was installed in 2003 and has “fallen” leaves permanently affixed to its concrete base. It's located by Lake McIntosh (the one next to the volleyball court on Lakeshore Drive).
The artist is Steve Jensen, who is based in Seattle and has public sculptures throughout Washington as well as in a handful of other states including Colorado.
