Cirque du Soleil is an entertainment company based in Quebec, Canada that produces cutting edge shows designed to evoke the imagination and emotions of audiences around the world. Since 1984 over 100 million people around the globe have seen performances staged by Cirque du Soleil. Cirque du Soleil shows are staged in numerous locations throughout the world by various highly trained touring groups while a collection of permanent performances are presented at various locations in the entertainment capital that is Las Vegas, Nevada. Currently, Cirque du Soleil presents 7 different productions in showrooms across the city of Las Vegas with 2 additional shows in the planning process. "Criss Angel Believe" at the Luxor Hotel is a reality defying journey full of mystery, danger and illusions; "KÀ" at the MGM Grand Hotel maintains a cinematic story line with gravity defying acrobats, martial artists, musicians and imagery; "Love" at the Mirage Hotel pays homage to the Beatles in a psychedelic display of the political scene and trends of the 1960’s; "Mystère" at Treasure Island Hotel presents highly skilled performers in imaginative costumes providing a complete spectrum of amazing entertainment in classic Cirque du Soleil style; "O" at the Bellagio Hotel is an aquatic themed spectacle of surrealism performed in and around a 1.5 million specially designed pool; "Viva ELVIS" at the Aria Hotel celebrates the life and music of Elvis Presley through a harmonious blending of dance, acrobatics, live music and video clips; "Zumanity" at the New York – New York Hotel is an adults-only cabaret style sensual performance with aerialists, amusing vignettes and sultry dancing exploring the different realms of human sexuality.
