See Performance at National Theatre, Washington, D.C.
The National Theatre is located in Washington, D.C., and is a venue for a variety of live stage productions with seating for 1,676. Activities to include not only Broadway musical performances but also concerts, lectures, opera, ballet, seminars and receptions.
A free performance is done most Saturday Mornings that is designed for the whole family. Performances change each week and can range from showcasing puppetry, magic, music and ballet.
Despite its name, it is not a governmentally funded national theatre, but operated by a private, non-profit organization.
