See Petrovaradin Fortress Clock, Novi Sad, Serbia

The clock tower, with its hands reversed so fishermen could better see the hour, is one of Novi Sad's major landmarks. The minute and hour hands on the clock tower are reversed, with the small hand showing minutes, and the big hand showing hours.
