Signal, a public art sculpture on Treasure Island, repurposes colossal steel girders from the old Bay Bridge into a 25-foot steel ring. When activated, it vibrates at a low hum, inviting visitors to contemplate our connection to the natural world and the structures we build within it. Great viewpoint of the SF skyline and ample parking.
