See The Long March to Freedom, Cape Town, South Africa

'Long March to Freedom' is a monument to 300 influential figures over South Africa's 350 year journey to Democracy. Currently about 110 life sized bronze statues are in place, including rebel chiefs, tribal kings, activists, and people from outside of South Africa whose impact affected the country. Besides Mandella, are Chief Dalasile, King Sekhukhune , Tambo, Martin Luther King, Gandhi, Hailie Salassie, Sisulu's, Fidel Castro.
