See Tsunami Memorial Clock, Hilo, Big Island, Hawaii

Tsunami's have devastated the Hilo area in the past, with the largest in 1946 and 1960. A clock found in the rubble set to the exact time when it stopped in 1960 serves as a memorial. The clock's hands are frozen at that moment: 1:04 am. It's located East of downtown Hilo between Manono St. and Hwy 11.
