See Unikato, Katowice, Poland
Unikato is a residential building in Katowice, located at 1 Koszarowa Street in the Śródmieście district, built in 2016-2018.
The facility designed by Robert Konieczny in the KWK Promes studio , distinguished by the use of characteristic architectural forms (black facade, white windows and characteristically arranged balconies, which, by covering the lower part of the balcony door, maintain the rhythm of the facade) with a limited budget for its construction. The building won the SARP 2019 Award of the Year in the category of multi-family residential building.
