See Wildflowers at Great Sand Dunes National Park, Colorado
See Prairie Sunflowers and Rocky Mountain Beeplants in the Grasslands west of Dunes. Beeplants bloom primarily in July in wet areas, while prairie sunflowers peak in August. Sometimes during that transition time they bloom together, making a wild mix of yellows and purples.
