Shop at Mercado Central (Central Market), Valencia, Spain
Mercado Central or Mercat Central (Central Market) is a public market located in Valencia, Spain and is generally considered one of the oldest and largest European markets still running. With 1,000 stalls piled high with the best seasonal produce, this is a dazzling reminder of what real food looks like. Most vendors sell food items, although souvenir shops and restaurants are located inside the market as well.
Make sure to check out the stained glass and mosaics adorning the domes of the iron structure.
