Nice selection of Indian wares fromAgua Caliente tribe. Jewelry, pottery, baskets, art, knives, books, t-shirts, rocks, rugs, hats, etc. This Trading Post was constructed in the Indian Canyons in the early 1900s. The Agua Caliente people were some of the earliest entrepreneurs in Palm Springs. Recognizing the demand for native-made items by newly arrived westerners, and the increased tourism on the Agua Caliente Indian Reservation, Tribal Members began selling baskets and other handmade items here. Today, visitors can purchase gifts or snacks for the trail. Located at the Palm Canyon Trailhead at the end of South Palm Canyon Drive in Palm Springs.
