Ski or Snowboard Whiteface, New York State

Whiteface Mountain is the world famous ski resort in the Adirondack Mountains near Lake Placid in the USA’s New York State. Nearby Mount Van Hoevenberg maintains a bobsled, luge and skeleton track that is home to Olympic athletes as well as available for anyone to climb into a bobsled or hop aboard a skeleton and experience the thrill of speeding down the track amid the roar of the sled’s runners on the ice.
