Stay at
Boulder Dam Hotel, Boulder City, Nevada
View Original Description
If this historic hotel could talk, it would have lots of stories to tell! Built in 1933 to accommodate visitors during the construction of Hoover Dam (then called Boulder Dam), the hotel preserves the classic style of the era while providing the comforts and amenities today's travelers expect. Infamous mogul Howard Hughes used the hotel to recuperate from his Lake Mead plane crash and there are reportedly ghostly visitors who occasionally make appearances.
