Former sheepcote turned adventurers' havenDeplar Farm, a luxury hotel in Iceland's Troll Peninsula, plays coy, with its humble turf-roofed barns, but its modern-Icelandic interior feels cosily luxurious and styled to accommodate 21st-century wanderers; walls of windows frame an otherworldly landscape of mountains, streams and a glittering lake.
