Built in 1958, this retro-chic hotel that once hosted celebrities such as Marilyn Monroe and Cary Grant is a mile from Anza–Borrego Desert State Park and 5 miles from Maidenhair Falls inside Hellhole Canyon.Accessed via exterior corridors, the straightforward rooms have log furnishings, TVs and free Wi-Fi. Upgraded rooms add desert views and/or separate sitting areas. Poolside casitas feature fireplaces and wet bars.Parking is complimentary.
