Set in a former Edwardian town hall, this chic hotel mixes modern design with art deco and period details. Within walking distance of the trendy East End, it's 5 minutes to Bethnal Green tube station.The hip, individually designed rooms offer sheepskin rugs and one-off vintage pieces. All include free Wi-Fi, iPod docks, TVs and DVD players, and loan of the hotel's goldfish (on request). Studios and suites add kitchens.On weekday mornings, a free shuttle to nearby tube stations is offered.
