Summit Red Crater, Tongariro National Park, New Zealand
At 8.3 kilometers from the start (Mangatepopo) of the Tongariro Alpine Crossing there is the high point of the hike, at 1,886 meters above sea level, called Red Crater Summit where there is incredible panoramic views.
