Surf Chicama, Peru
Chicama is the longest wave in the world with 1 km of left wave and more than 3 sections to surf. It is located about 600km north of Lima, in the fishing town of Malabrigo, when all 4 sections are firing, its ride can last over 5 minutes, works best in the Winter months (May to September) and with big swells.
It's the only wave in the world protected by law. Nothing can be built within a radius of 2 kms and nothing can affect its natural formation.
