Visit Alboino Castle (Castello di Alboino), Feltre, Veneto, Italy
Alboino Castle (Castello di Alboino), also known as Feltre Castle is located within Feltre, Veneto, Italy. It was built on a pre-existing Roman watchtower by the famous Lombard king.
The castle is is on the Hill and was surrounded by walls with four corner towers. The northern tower, at the Torre dell'Orologio (Clock Tower), was called the Torre delle Polveri (Powder Tower) and only the foundations of it remain.
